Description of the methods…
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The use of this service is based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f. of GDPR. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website, such as
• Browser type/version,
• operating system used,
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
• Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address),
• Time of the server request,

We have also added the code "anonymizeIP" to Google Analytics on this website. This guarantees that your IP address is masked so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

16. General information on social media plug-ins
Based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, we use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, XING and Instagram on our website to make our company better known. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. These social networks are operated exclusively by third parties, some of which have their registered office outside the EU. Third parties may not offer you an adequate level of data protection. These browser plug-ins and links are marked on our website by logos or other notices.

a) Facebook
Our website uses social media plug-ins from Facebook to make its use more personal. For this we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website. By integrating the plug-ins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to our website directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also sent directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and needs-based design of Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the privacy policy. (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy) von Facebook.

b) Google+
Our website includes a plug-in from the Google social network (Google+), which is operated in the USA by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). You can recognise the plug-ins by the coloured “Google+” font on our site. When you visit one of our websites that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Google server. Google transmits the content of the plug-in directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. We have no influence on the extent of the data Google collects. Google receives the information that a user has visited our website using their IP address. If you are logged in to Google+ and do not want Google to store data about your visit, you must log out of your Google account before visiting our website. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please refer to Google's privacy policy for Google+ https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/?hl=de.

c) Instagram
Our website also uses so-called social plug-ins (“plug-ins”) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). The plug-ins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram camera”. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Instagram servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged into Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts there. If you do not want Instagram to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can find more information about this in the privacy policy. (https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388) von Instagram.

d) Use of YouTube plugins (videos)
Some of our website pages contain embedded videos stored on YouTube. YouTube is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The "extended data protection mode" is activated for all YouTube videos on our websites. This is provided by YouTube and thus ensures that YouTube does not store any cookies with personal data on your computer. When you access the website and embed the videos, the IP address is transmitted. This cannot be assigned unless you have logged in to YouTube or another Google service before accessing the page or are permanently logged in.
As soon as you start playing an embedded video by clicking on it, YouTube only stores cookies that do not contain any personally identifiable data on your computer thanks to the extended data protection mode. These cookies can be prevented by using the appropriate browser settings and extensions. You can find more information about embedding YouTube videos on the YouTube information page.

e) Twitter
Our website contains plug-ins from the Twitter Inc. (Twitter) short message network. You can recognise the Twitter plug-ins (tweet button) by the Twitter logo on our site. You can find an overview of tweet buttons here (https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons). When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter therefore receives the information that you have visited our site using your IP address. If you click the Twitter “tweet button” while you are logged into your Twitter account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Twitter profile. This enables Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Twitter. If you do not want Twitter to be able to associate your visit to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account. For more information, see Twitter’s privacy policy (https://twitter.com/privacy).

The plug-in of the XING network is integrated into our website. (http://www.xing.com/app/share?op=button_builder) The plug-in is offered by XING AG, Gänsemarkt 43, 20354 Hamburg ("XING"). When you visit our website, a short-term connection to the XING servers is established via your browser. XING does not store any personal information about users who have visited our website. The IP address is also not stored by XING. There is also no evaluation of your usage behavior via the use of cookies in connection with the XING Share button. A summary of the functionality of the Share button can be found at: https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection. A general description of data processing can be found in the XING privacy policy. https://www.xing.com/privacy.

Our website uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
